How do log into my account?

You can log into your account at any time via link at the bottom of every page, under Guest Services you will see My Account.  

You can update your personal information, all in one place!

To update your password, login, or email address:
   • Sign in to your account and select "Update Account Info" within the "My Account" tab.

To update the account with a new mailing address:
   • Sign in to your account and edit the current shipping address within the "Address Book".

I receive emails but cannot log into my account.

If you are receiving emails from It's Candy Darlings, you may not have an It's Candy Darlings account, yet!

It's easy, login as a new customer. Once logged in, you are free to shop and browse all that It's Candy Darlings has to offer!

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

You will receive an email once your order ships containing a tracking number.  When your order is shipped your account will be updated with a tracking number. In addition, you can log into your account via the "Order Status" link at the bottom of every page. If for some reason life happens and you do not receive your email or tracking number is not shown in your account, contact us immediately and we will get back to you in 24 hours or less.

How do I track my order?

Tracking of your order can be done via USPS Tracking.  Please allow time for USPS to update their data.  Just because a tracking number has been created doesn't mean USPS has logged the info for viewing.

How do I view my wish list?

Below every page you will see a menu called Guest Services, where you will see a link (My Wishlist). If you are not logged in simply log in and you will then see and be able to edit your wishlist.
